A woman has agreed to perform a ritual suicide to restore her family’s honor. She plunges the knife into her naked belly, but because of the pain she is unable to complete the ritual. She pulls the knife out and attempts to crawl away, but her sisters intervene. They pin her down and plunge the dagger back into her belly making sure that the wound will be fatal. The victim begs her sisters to finish the job, but they tell her to do it herself or suffer. And suffer is something she does well.
